A symbol of the city
FourOneTwo began as a traditional men's boutique and has grown into a symbol of pride and collaboration in Pittsburgh. This transformation from a single, unknown store to a city-wide icon is largely due to successful collaborations with other local brands, charities, and organizations.
My involvement with FourOneTwo began in 2011 with the creation of the brand’s logo. Since then, we have built on this foundation, developing the brand's visual elements, design guidelines, seasonal and cultural activations, and collaborative relationships. This has resulted in a memorable brand with passionate customers who support every project, product, and initiative.

A brick & mortar brand
We set out to create a brand logo and visual identity that was flexible—tastefully representing the many brands showcased within the store while also unapologetically existing as a proud Pittsburgh brand.

Select Projects & Collaborations
Below is a sample of some of the projects and collaborations that FourOneTwo has designed, curated, and produced.
FourOneTwo's project goals have consistently centered around two key elements: preserving the integrity and values of the respective brand or party and consistently delivering products and concepts of the highest quality. This commitment to excellence has cultivated strong support from patrons, customers, and fans, resulting in the current success in sales and brand recognition enjoyed by FourOneTwo and its partners.
Local Ones
FourOneTwo and the Pittsburgh Fire Dept light the way for charity
A capsule highlighting Pittsburgh Fire Fighters Local No. 1.
All proceeds benefit Coats For Kids––an Operation Warm® program that provides brand new winter coats to local children in our city every year at no cost.
Heinz
Commemorative Heinz bottle and apparel capsule
FourOneTwo teamed up with Heinz to create a mustard bottle and apparel line to raise awareness of hunger issues in the Pittsburgh area and across the country.
Hunger in our region is a problem and can affect everyone—a child’s classmate, an office coworker or a neighbor
down the street.
The Food Bank network is so thankful for the support of wonderful partners such as Heinz and Shop412 and the community that continuously rallies around supporting this important issue.

Black Fives
A collaboration with 47Brand apparel and the Black Fives Foundation
We worked with 47Brand and The Black Fives Foundation to represent Pittsburgh through The Monticello Athletic Association. The collaboration celebrates African-American pioneers in basketball history with a collection featuring accurate logos and designs from the Black Five Era teams that integrated African Americans into the NBA in 1950. The goal is to blend history and fashion to tell a unique story and engage a younger audience in basketball's past.
Zappa Racing
Racing graphics and pit crew apparel
A really fun partnership with local Pittsburgh racing legends Zappa Racing. Created car and racing suit illustrations and graphics along with a some apparel for the pit crew.
